Before enrolling in any of our programs and projects, it is important that you carefully read our terms of service (also known as “terms and conditions”).

Humanity World International (“HWI”, “we”, “our”).

Project and Program Costs and Payment Procedure

The volunteer or intern agrees to pay the costs (also known as “fees”) associated with the project or program for the durations that apply.

HWI will accept a non-refundable deposit of US$100 which a volunteer or intern or participant must pay via credit card or bank wire transfer at the time of enrollment. This is inclusive of the total program or project cost. This money assures us that the applicant is committed to coming to undertake the project and/or program and enables us meet any expenses in arranging your volunteer or internship or vacation trip.

The remainder of the project or program cost is due 30 days before the commencement or start date of the selected project or program. Participants enrolling within 30 days prior to coming to volunteer or intern or take a vacation trip must pay the remainder of the program or project cost within the first three days of enrollment.

If the project or program fee is not received in full within the deadlines stated above and the volunteer or intern has not written and secured an extension of time to pay the remainder, the volunteer or intern or participant would be cancelled from undertaking the project or program.

Travel Arrangement

The volunteer or intern must make his/her own travel arrangements regarding visas, air ticketing (booking) and travel insurance. HWI may only advise on how to do these things should a volunteer or intern require our advice. However, regarding visas, HWI would send the volunteer or intern or participant an invitation letter to make the process faster; we would also give you a detailed instruction as to how to obtain your visa.

Any volunteer or intern or participant must inform us of his/her medical condition prior to enrolling and coming to volunteer. Medical examination report may requested by HWI to ascertain a volunteer or intern or participant’s fitness to undertake a volunteer or internship project.

Cancellation and Refund

All money (monies) paid to HWI are non-refundable under any circumstance.
